An overall master plan, detailed Phase One subdivision plans, specific plans and design studies for individual neighborhoods were undertaken as part of the overall master plan effort. The project is located a short distance to the south of the resort town of Kailua-Kona. The Club at Hokuli’a is a private country club and includes a par-72 Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, golf driving range, clubhouse and a 64-unit golf lodge. The project encompasses a total of 625 hectares (1,550 acres) of hillside land along the Kona Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. It contains 3 miles of coastline. Residential development is centered around the Nicklaus Signature golf course. Ultimately, there will be approximately 600 residential units on individual lots. The development will feature a main, gated entry, individual gated village entries, agricultural zone buffers between villages and a Beach Club.
